Effective January 1, 2007, Rhode Island conformed its Sales and Use Tax Law to the provisions of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA).

The Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board has approved a uniform Certificate of Exemption.
